Returns
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days from the date you received your item to request a return.
Seller: Plamen Danailov Dimitrov.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To initiate a return, you can contact us at belsta@abv.bg and by phone +359 877 877 710 / 0877 877 710. Please note that returns must be sent to the following address: 3 Industrialna Str., 8002 South Industrial Zone, Burgas, Bulgaria.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return receipt and instructions on how to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Have you changed your mind?
Your satisfaction is our top priority.
If the size does not fit you or you do not like the product, you can, of course, return the product to us at any time within the 14-day return period and cancel your order.

If the product is damaged as a result of use, we reserve the right to claim compensation.

The item I received is damaged!
If the purchased item is defective or faulty, please contact us within 14 days of the delivery date. During the return process, you can add photos to describe the problem.
▪️In this case, we, of course, cover the return costs.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
